Five guided rounds: tutorial → disruption → guardrails → dataspaces → live crew battle. In Round 4, players federate across the supply chain — pick partners (Foundry, OSAT, OEM), signals (capacity, yield, PCF, inventory, forecast) and contract policy (open · EDC · sovereign EDC + GAIA-X). Round 5 is the full Live Crew Battle: each player designs a fresh 5-agent crew from scratch under budget, and that final score adds to the workshop total leaderboard.
